This is important because:
Only hosts and Co-hosts are capable of creating breakout rooms in Zoom.
You won’t be able to move across breakout rooms to assist your students without a co-host’s access.

Context: You're the host of a Zoom session, but other tutors lack co-host status.
Action Steps: As the host, you can assign co-host permissions. Remember, Zoom restricts co-hosts from adding other co-hosts.
3️⃣ Assigning Alternate Host Access
Context: As a lead tutor, you've set up a session link for the semester and need to assign access to new tutors.
Solution: To prevent issues like in Scenario 1, you can assign alternate host access right from the beginning.
