Upload Session Recordings to BOX
Quick Note: In this unit, you will learn how to upload your session recordings to BOX, this ensures that your efforts are documented and contributes to our shared research goals.
Special Reminder: Don’t forget to upload recordings for each session with the folder's name adheres to the specified naming convention: "School_Month_Day_Year_TutorFullName"
0️⃣ Sign Into BOX
Log into BOX with your Andrew ID here and navigate to the 'PLUS Tutor Recordings' folder.
Log into box with your Andrew ID.
Access the recording repository.
1️⃣ Locate School Folder
Select the appropriate school folder, such as 'Lancaster (Jackson & Wheatland)', for sessions conducted there.
Find the right school directory.
2️⃣ Pick the Date Folder
Within your school's folder, choose the one that matches the date of your tutoring session.
Select the folder corresponding to your session's date.
4️⃣ Name Your Recording folder
Before uploading, name your recording folder to the following format: "School_Month_Day_Year_TutorFullName".
Ensure the folder's name adheres to the specified naming convention.
5️⃣ Upload Your Recording
Click “New+” button, select “Folder Upload” option, then upload the folder that contains your zoom recording.
Click on “New +” button on the top right part of the page.
