This action mutes everyone in the session, including co-hosts.
2️⃣ Scenario 2: Muting as Participants Join
Apply settings to mute all new participants upon entry, ensuring a controlled environment from the start.
STEP 1: Preparation
Tutors with host/co-host access log in before students.
Tutors’ microphones remain active for communication.
STEP 2: Session Control
Enable 'Mute Participants on Entry'.
Initially, disable 'Allow Participants to Unmute'.
Note: Once the session is ready for interactive activities like icebreakers, you can permit participants to unmute themselves.
