1️⃣ Students Unable to Join the Zoom
This might be happening because of the following reasons:
Students are clicking on the meeting link and are being asked to enter a passcode.
Students are unable to log in with their accounts. They see an Error message which says "Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to join. "
To troubleshoot this issue, you should ask your session host to follow the following steps:

3️⃣ Unable to Annotate on Student’s Screen
If your students are working on their iPads:
Annotation is not supported on devices that run on iOS. Find out more about the alternative to annotating when the student is using an iPad:
If your students are not working on iPads:
